Project Description: The EB-1A Alien of Extraordinary Ability is a category of "first preference" for employment-based immigrants under U.S. immigration law.

EB-1A is a professional who has exceptional talents in the fields of science, arts, education, business, or sports, has achieved high accomplishments, and enjoys a national or international reputation, and whose achievements and contributions are widely recognized in _t

_hat field. These individuals should be considered one of the few top individuals in the field who will continue to work in their field in the United States after receiving their green card, and whose work will contribute substantially to the development of American society.

Application Requirements: Applicants must provide evidence of a one-time achievement (internationally recognized major award) or 3 of the 10 criteria listed below:
1. Receive national or internationally recognized awards or honors;
2. Be a member of professional associations in the same field that require outstanding achievements from their members;
3. Stories about the applicant published in professional or major industry publications or other major media;
4. Review the work of others in groups or individually;
5. Original contributions related to science, academics, arts, sports, or business that are significant in the field;
6. Published scholarly articles in professional or major industry publications or other major media;
7. Prove that your work has been exhibited in an art exhibition or display;
8. Hold a leadership or key role in an outstanding organization;
9. Have a high salary or a high income significantly higher than others in the same field;
10. Achieve commercial success in the performing arts.
